MYOKO TRAIL

The Myoko Trail takes place at Suginohara Ski Resort, one of Japan’s leading ski resorts, nestled in the Myoko Mountain Range, one of Japan’s 100 most famous mountains. The area is dotted with numerous hot spring facilities and tourist attractions, making it a great place to enjoy with family and friends! The course begins with a steep climb up to the majestic Myoko Mountain Range, followed by a steep descent from near the summit, offering spectacular views of the Myoko area, including Lake Nojiri. After returning to the venue, runners traverse to the neighboring Ikenodaira Ski Resort, where they once again climb up to the Myoko Mountain Range, followed by a steep descent. These two intense climbs and descents leave no time to catch their breath, making this a course perfect for top athletes!
