The Lower Silesian Mountain Running Festival (DFBG) is the largest mountain running festival in Poland, taking place on 16–19 July 2026 in Lądek-Zdrój. It features 4 days, 10 courses, and 1 festival that attracts thousands of runners from Poland and abroad every year. DFBG is known for its unique atmosphere, exceptional spirit, and the people of sport, making it one of the most recognizable running events in the country.
As part of the festival, a race included in the Golden Trail Series is held – a 33 km course with +/- 1500 m of elevation gain/loss. There are two aid stations along the route, with support crew assistance allowed at only one of them. The course record is held by Bartłomiej Przedwojewski (Team Salomon), who clocked 02:26:21 at the 2020 edition, while the women’s record belongs to Weronika Matuszczak (Salomon Poland) with a time of 03:00:34, set in 2025.
